Which size to choose?
Maximum diameter: 20 mm (50 ring gauge) — compatible with Cohiba Siglo I to IV, Montecristo No.4, Romeo y Julieta Petit Corona, Partagas Serie P. For high ring gauge cigars (52 and up), please see our other cigar cases with more generous capacities.

Why use a leather case to transport your cigars?
Tossing a loose cigar into a pocket exposes it to two major risks: mechanical impact that can crack the wrapper or crush the foot, and accelerated drying when exposed to open air. A rigid full-grain leather case protects the cigar's structure and slows moisture loss for the duration of an outing or evening. The Classic Traveler is not a humidor — it does not maintain humidity over several days — but rather an ideal transport protection for taking 1 to 3 cigars out of your humidor in the morning.
Full-grain leather is the highest quality of leather: it is the top layer of the hide, kept intact with its natural grain. More resistant and durable than corrected or split leathers, it develops a unique patina over time — the case becomes more beautiful and personal the more you carry it, unlike synthetic materials that degrade.

Compatible brands and formats
Check the diameter before purchasing. The Classic Traveler accepts cigars up to 50 ring gauge (20 mm), which covers the majority of Coronas, Petit Coronas, and classic Siglo formats. Large modern vitolas (52+ ring gauge, Gordo, Magnum) will not fit — for these formats, please look toward a wider capacity case. Measure the diameter of your favorite cigars if in doubt.
Classic Traveler maintenance
Best practices
- Outer leather — soft, slightly damp cloth for marks. Nourishing leather balm 1 to 2 times a year to maintain suppleness.
- Engraved area — wipe with a dry cloth. Avoid oily products directly on the engraving, as they may reduce contrast. Storage — away from direct light and heat. Full-grain leather's patina develops naturally with use.
- Humidity — avoid prolonged exposure to rain or water; dry in the open air if the case gets wet, never near a heat source.
