Refund policy

Upon receiving your item, if it does not meet your expectations, you simply need to contact us within 14 days. We will provide you with the return address, and you can return it using the shipping service of your choice (at your expense - to avoid any loss, we recommend using a service with a tracking number). 

You must then return the goods no later than 14 calendar days following the dispatch of your withdrawal; otherwise, the product cannot be refunded.

It is your responsibility to return the complete item unused and undamaged in its original product packaging. We cannot refund an item if any part of the packaging or its accessories is missing, or if it arrives damaged or evidently used. 

If a product is received damaged, the damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery; otherwise, the product cannot be refunded or replaced.

Once we have received the returned product, we will carefully examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund. 
If you are entitled, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method. 

If 14 days or more have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. (Delivery day = Day 1)

Additionally, please note that personalized or custom-made products are neither refundable nor exchangeable. These products are made to measure to meet your specifications and cannot be resold once created.

For certain products, specific rules must be followed for the return to be accepted. These rules are indicated in the description of the product in question. For example, products must not be assembled and the zip ties used to secure the item in the packaging must remain intact and uncut.
