Yes, in most cases. With approximately 3 cm of internal depth, the OPUS pouch offers a bit more volume than a tight-fitting sleeve: it accommodates the tablet on its own or protected by a slim case. Conversely, a very thick reinforced case or a keyboard cover might hinder the zipper and stretch the leather at the corners. A good habit: close it slowly the first time while guiding the slider, and ensure the zipper moves without resistance. If it feels forced, remove the case; the 2 mm leather and velvet lining already provide ample protection.

The leather wrist strap is a short strap designed to fit around your wrist. It secures the pouch in situations where your hands are full or where a drop would be unfortunate: on a platform, in an airport, during a site visit, or at a trade show. Its length is adjustable and it attaches with a snap-button loop, allowing you to fit it to your wrist or fold it against the pouch when not needed. It also offers a practical way to pull the pouch out of a bag or hang it up briefly.

This oiled full-grain cowhide is robust and requires little maintenance. Minor marks usually fade with rubbing from your palm, as the warmth of your hand brings the oils back to the surface. Once or twice a year, apply a thin layer of colorless nourishing balm with a soft cloth, let it penetrate, then polish, focusing on the wrist strap and zipper edges. Avoid household cleaners, excess water, and direct heat. If the pouch gets wet, let it dry naturally while open. Over time, the leather will darken slightly and develop a patina.
