Frequently asked questions

How to choose your aroma for cigar infusion?
Aromas are chosen according to your cigar and your preferences. Peated whiskey pairs well with full-bodied cigars (Partagas, Bolivar). Cognac goes well with round and creamy cigars (Cohiba Siglo). Coffee enhances roasted notes. Lavender provides an unexpected floral dimension. Start with the aromas closest to your cigar.
How long should you let it infuse?
Standard infusion lasts 24 to 72 hours depending on the desired intensity. For a light nuance: 24h. For a pronounced aroma: 48-72h. Beyond that, the cigar may become saturated. Start short and adjust to your taste.
Is the Infusio Venturo compatible with all cigars?
Infusion works best with medium to large ring gauge cigars (52-64 ring gauge). Very thin cigars (Lancero, Panatela) absorb less aroma. Robusto, Toro, and Churchill are the most recommended formats for infusion.
