At a size of 8.3 × 2.5 cm, the bands are self-adhesive and wrap around the cigar in one motion. Two quantities are available, 20 bands or 50 bands, for an intimate evening or a large reception, and two markings: the classic monogram shown in the visuals, or your custom logo (club, company, family crest), created after validation by our workshop. The text to be gilded (first names, date, and if applicable, the initials of the monogram) is submitted at the time of the order, in the provided field or by message to customer service after the order. With the Custom Logo marking, we will write to you after the order to receive your file. The text is reproduced exactly as you communicate it: read it carefully. The gilding is made to order, so a typo would be reproduced on all bands in the set. Capital letters, accents, and signs (ampersand, dots in the date) are reproduced as you write them. If you have any doubts about the presentation, our team will be happy to advise you.
Custom logo, subject to approval: hot foil stamping is done with a plate engraved with your design. The logo must therefore consist of simple and clean lines, in a single color, without gradient, shadow, photo, or overly fine detail: a design that is too complex cannot be legibly gilded on a band measuring 8.3 × 2.5 cm. Each file is checked by our workshop before production; if your logo is not feasible as is on a band measuring 8.3 × 2.5 cm, we will contact you before starting anything. Preferably send a vector file (PDF, SVG, AI) or a clear image in black on a white background.
Tip: gilding is sensitive to repeated rubbing and damp fingers. Handle the bands by the edges, place them on cigars that are dry to the touch, and once banded, store the cigars side by side in their box rather than loose in a pocket. For a prestige presentation, align all the crests in the same direction before closing the box.

Precautions: apply the band carefully the first time: removing adhesive from a fragile wrapper can damage the leaf. Never let the ember reach the band when smoking: stop a few centimeters before. Store unused bands flat, away from heat and moisture. Product intended for adults.

Should I choose 20 or 50 bands?
The set of 20 bands is suitable for a dinner, an evening with close friends, a wedding anniversary celebrated in a small group, or the composition of a cigar gift box. The set of 50 bands is designed for larger receptions: wedding, family anniversary, company evening, or gala. In any case, plan a few more bands than the number of cigars given, to keep a margin in case of a failed application or an additional guest. The remaining bands can be kept as a keepsake, tucked into an album or a frame next to the invitation to the event.
What cigar sizes can these bands be applied to?
With a length of 8.3 cm, the BLASON band completely wraps around most common cigars, from the corona to the robusto and the toro, with a more or less important overlap depending on the diameter. The supplier does not communicate a precise band size range for this model. For very large calibers, simply measure the circumference of your cigar with a strip of paper: if it remains less than the length of the band, it will close. On a very thin cigar, the overlap will be wide but the band will remain perfectly presentable, the crest centered on top of the module.
Are the cigars included with the bands?
No, the set includes only the bands, in quantities of 20 or 50. You freely choose the cigars that will wear them. For a prestige evening, a robusto or corona size is often appreciated: it is enjoyed in forty minutes to an hour, which suits the end of a dinner well. Keep your cigars in a humidor or airtight box until the day of application, then put them back in storage once banded.
