Cigar accessories: the complete world for the discerning aficionado

Owning a fine cigar is only the beginning. True mastery lies in the ability to store, prepare, and enjoy every cigar in optimal conditions. At Atelier Atypique, we have brought together everything a cigar lover needs — from humidor to lighting, from transport to tasting. Free delivery, 4.9/5 customer rating.

Every accessory plays a specific role in the chain leading from the factory to your palate. A poorly stored cigar loses its aromas in just a few days. A poorly cut cigar burns unevenly. A poorly lit cigar never reveals its full potential. At Atelier Atypique, every accessory in our collection is selected to honor the work of the master torcedores at every step.

The 4 pillars of a successful smoke

Each step of the ritual requires a specific accessory, selected to preserve the quality of the tobacco at every stage.

Storage
65-72% humidity, 16-18°C temperature. A Spanish cedar humidor maintains these conditions continuously.

Ideal humidity: between 65% and 72% relative humidity, with a stable temperature between 16°C and 18°C. A difference of even a few percent is enough to alter the burn and aromas of your cigar. Our precision hygrometers allow you to monitor these parameters continuously.

FAQ — Cigar accessories

What are the essential accessories for beginners?
To get started properly, 3 accessories are essential: a desktop cigar humidor (from €69), a guillotine cigar cutter, and a butane torch lighter. Our gift sets bundle these items into coordinated packages.
Why is Spanish cedar the standard for storage?
Spanish cedar (Cedrela Odorata) naturally regulates humidity, enriches aromas through its terpenes, and repels tobacco pests. It is the standard used by all major Cuban factories to store and ship their cigars.
What budget should I plan for equipment?
A complete starter kit starts at around €150 (humidor €69, lighter €30, cutter €20, case €30). Equipment for a confirmed aficionado ranges from €300 to €500. Gift sets make it possible to get the essentials in a single coordinated purchase.
What is a cigar infuser?
A cigar infuser is an aromatic customization accessory that allows you to saturate tobacco leaves with complementary aromas (cognac, rum, coffee, precious woods) via diffusion in a closed environment over several days.
Are cigar accessories a good gift idea?
They are among the most appreciated gifts for enthusiasts. Our leather accessories are customizable via laser engraving (initials, name, date), which turns the gift into a unique piece. Our gift sets are particularly suited for significant occasions.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free in mainland France. Every accessory is carefully packaged to guarantee it arrives in perfect condition, making it ideal for gifting.

At Atelier Atypique, we provide everything you need to transform every tasting into an exceptional moment — from storage to lighting, from transport to tasting.
