280 ml tankCold misting3 colors

With the CACTUS essential oil diffuser, you can bring a succulent into your office without the need for watering or thorns. The object takes the form of a bright green ball cactus with distinct ribs, planted in a cylindrical pot with a matte finish, adorned with a small illustrated label. A cool mist escapes from the top of the cactus, produced by cold misting: water from the tank, mixed with a few drops of essential oil, is transformed into fine droplets without being heated, diffusing the scent throughout the room. The 280 ml tank allows for long sessions without frequent refills, while the compact 80 x 80 x 130 mm size allows it to fit anywhere: a desk, bedside table, shelf, or reading nook. Three pot shades are available: powder pink, white, and pearl gray. Several of our visuals show the pot gently illuminated, creating a soft ambiance in the evening. Both playful and sleek, CACTUS is a decorative object in its own right, adding a touch of greenery and cheer to any interior, from the living room to a child's bedroom.

Three pot shades

White

The most neutral, for a sleek style.
Gray

A soft and contemporary pearl gray.

Only the color of the pot changes: the green cactus, the illustrated label, and the 280 ml tank are identical on all three versions. Together, the three colors make a lovely collection of succulents.

The principle

Cold misting

CACTUS works by cold misting. A vibrating component placed in the tank agitates the water at a very high frequency, breaking it down into microscopic droplets. These rise to the top of the cactus and escape in the form of a light white plume, like a small wisp of smoke coming out of the plant.

No heating element warms the water: the scent of the essential oils is therefore diffused without being burned, and the mist remains cool to the touch. It slightly humidifies the room's atmosphere, making diffusion pleasant for daily use, especially in an office or bedroom where the air tends to become dry.

A touch of the desert in your home

The cactus has become an icon of contemporary interiors: graphic, reassuring, almost sculptural. The CACTUS diffuser adopts all these codes, with its green ball featuring regular ribs placed in a sober pot, adorned with a small label depicting a stylized cactus.

The contrast between the vibrant green of the plant and the soft tones of the pot works just as well on a Scandinavian desk as it does on a colorful shelf. When the mist rises, it looks like the plant is breathing; when off, it remains a humorous decorative object that inevitably catches the eye of your visitors.

Using the CACTUS diffuser

1
Remove the cactus from the pot to access the tank, then pour in clean water, not exceeding 280 ml.
2
Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the water.
3
Replace the cactus, plug in the device, and select the desired diffusion mode.
4
Enjoy the mist, then turn off and empty the tank after use.

Frequently asked questions

What is the tank capacity?
The CACTUS diffuser tank holds 280 ml of water. It's a generous capacity for an object that is only 80 x 80 x 130 mm, allowing you to enjoy long diffusion sessions without having to refill it too often. The actual duration depends on the chosen mode and mist intensity. Never exceed the indicated maximum level, do not run the device empty, and empty any remaining water after each use to keep the tank clean and free of deposits.
How does cold misting work?
A vibrating component placed in the tank agitates the water at very high frequency, transforming it into microscopic droplets that escape through the top of the cactus. The water is never heated: essential oils are therefore not burned, and their scent is diffused as-is into the room. The resulting mist is cool and light, and slightly humidifies the ambient air. It is a gentle and discreet diffusion mode, well suited to an office, bedroom, or living room.
How do you fill the diffuser?
Gently remove the cactus, which acts as a lid, to access the tank located in the pot. Pour in clean, room-temperature water, not exceeding 280 ml, then add a few drops of essential oil. Replace the cactus, ensuring it is properly seated, wipe off any droplets on the pot, and plug in the device. Always fill the diffuser while it is unplugged, and place it on a flat and stable surface before turning it on, away from table edges and electronics sensitive to moisture.
What are the cotton swabs for?
In our visuals, the diffuser is shown with two cotton swabs. In this type of diffuser, the swab conducts water from the tank to the top, where the mist is formed. Over time and with limescale buildup, it can become clogged and the mist will become weaker: simply replace it with a new swab to restore regular diffusion. To prolong its life, use filtered or low-calcium water and empty the tank after each session.
Which essential oils should be used?
Choose pure, high-quality essential oils, and pour only a few drops into the water. Citrus or eucalyptus provide a fresh note in the office, while lavender or sweet orange create a gentler atmosphere in the evening. Avoid thick oils, synthetic fragrances, and vegetable oils, which clog the tank and the swab. Some oils are not recommended for pregnant women, young children, or pets: inquire before diffusing and air out the room regularly between sessions.
Which color should I choose?
The three versions share the same green cactus and label; only the pot shade changes. The powder pink adds a tender touch, perfect for a bedroom or a colorful office. The white is the most neutral and matches all interiors, especially Scandinavian ones. The pearl gray is the most discreet and contemporary. You can also bring the three colors together to create a small collection of succulents on a shelf or windowsill.
How do I maintain CACTUS?
After each use, empty any remaining water and wipe the inside of the tank with a soft, dry cloth. About once a week, clean it with a little clean water and, if necessary, a drop of white vinegar to eliminate limescale, then rinse carefully. Never submerge the device in water and do not wet the electrical parts. The pot and cactus can be cleaned with a slightly damp microfiber cloth to maintain the brilliance of their colors and the clarity of the small illustrated label.
