Pleated braided natural fiber — warm and organic light
The Verti Wabi is crafted from pleated, braided natural fiber—a textile material whose radial ribs are formed and held in position by structural tension, without a visible rigid frame. This pleating process creates regular ridges that radiate from the center to the periphery of the hat, resembling the veins of a large exotic leaf.
When lit, the bare bulb at the center casts light through the semi-translucent fiber—the ridges create warm, organic lines of shadow on the ceiling and surrounding walls. The asymmetrical shape—one wing longer than the other—means the projected shadow is never perfectly symmetrical, reinforcing the impression of a living, non-industrial object.

Installation — 4 steps

Preparation: Turn off the power at the circuit breaker before any handling. Ensure your ceiling attachment point can support the weight of the pendant. The Verti Wabi is lightweight — a standard ceiling rose is sufficient.

Rose mounting: Attach the white ceiling rose to the ceiling by connecting the electrical wires (live, neutral, ground according to your installation). The rose accepts a 1.5m adjustable cable — shorten it to the desired hanging height.

Bulb: Screw an E27 max 40W bulb into the central base. For a warm look and soft diffusion through the fiber, choose a 2700K filament LED globe bulb — it reproduces the light of an incandescent while consuming little power.

Height adjustment: Adjust the cable length from the rose to obtain the ideal height. Above a table: allow 70 to 85 cm between the floor and the bottom of the pendant. As a free-hanging decorative piece: position it according to the desired visual effect. Turn the circuit breaker back on and test.

Recommended bulb — the choice makes all the difference: The Verti Wabi is designed with a visible bulb — the E27 base is exposed. The choice of bulb radically changes the atmosphere. For a warm wabi-sabi look: E27 LED filament 4W 2700K globe bulb — golden amber light that passes through the natural fiber and creates soft shadows. For a more modern effect: 2700K frosted globe bulb. Avoid tube or fluorescent bulbs that do not match the spherical shape of the socket.
Optimal positioning by room: Above a table, adjust the cable so the bottom of the pendant is 70–85 cm from the top of the table. In a living room, position it at least 180–200 cm from the floor to avoid obstructing movement. In a bedroom, center it above the bed — the Ø 60 cm is perfect for this use. The asymmetry of the Verti Wabi creates a different effect depending on the orientation of the long wing relative to the windows.
