A shower of gold cascading through the night: Fusion Nocturne is composed of long, vertical golden streaks that descend from the top of the canvas, fraying as they lose themselves in a dark mass rising from the bottom, like a forest of shadows or a sleeping city. On the Black version, the gold seems to erupt from the darkness, catching the slightest light; on the White version, the golden and grey flows stand out against a light background for a more airy and luminous effect. This black-gold texture embodies elegance and refinement, while bringing real originality to your wall decor. Passionate artists paint it entirely by hand, only when it is ordered: no two drips fall in the same place. Seventeen sizes are available, from 40 x 60 cm up to the majestic 140 x 220 cm, and other dimensions can be considered. Whether you dream of a dark and mysterious atmosphere or a light and minimalist decor, it adapts to your interior, from the living room to the bedroom, or even the entryway or dining room.

Both models feature the same vertical movement; regardless of whether it is the Black or White version, only the size affects the price. The Black version is the one most featured in our staging photos.
The effect
The flowing gold, the rising black
The principle of Fusion Nocturne relies on two opposing movements. On one side, the gold descends: it is stretched from top to bottom in long, irregular bands, denser at the top and becoming finer as they approach the center, like liquid material flowing slowly. On the other side, the black rises: it forms a mass with jagged contours at the bottom of the canvas, evoking the silhouettes of trees, rocks, or buildings.
Where these two forces meet, a zone of fusion is born, where gold and black interpenetrate, giving the work its name. The surface retains the traces of successive brushstrokes in vertical streaks that catch the light differently depending on the viewing angle. Under warm lighting, the golds take on an almost metallic depth.

A chic lounge atmosphere
Black and gold spontaneously evoke cozy bars, refined hotel lobbies, and Art Deco interiors. Fusion Nocturne transposes this atmosphere into an abstract and contemporary language. Its vertical drips provide rhythm and elevation, and its dark background creates a depth that seems to push back the wall.
Our photos place it in an entryway with marble floors, in front of a dark wood partition at the end of a staircase, in a dining area with mustard and midnight blue velvet armchairs, or above a dining table under white pendant lights. The White version appears in a kitchen with turquoise stools, proof that it can also bring in light.
Successful hanging
1
Choose your model: Black on a light wall for a spectacular contrast, White on a dark wall or in a bright room.
2
Focus on height: elongated formats like 80 x 140, 100 x 180, or 100 x 200 cm accentuate the fall of the gold drips.
3
Frame upon arrival: a thin gold frame extends the gold of the canvas, as seen in several of our photos.
4
Illuminate with warm light to make the gold sparkle in the evening.

A shower of gold unique to you: the brush only starts working after your purchase is validated. Length of the drips, density of the gold, cut of the dark mass: your canvas will differ slightly from our photos. The trade-off for this made-to-order work is a longer wait before shipping.
Perfect match: echo the gold of the canvas with one or two touches of brass in the room, such as a lamp base, furniture handles, or a gold frame. For the Black version, a mustard or midnight blue velvet armchair, as in our photo, creates a very chic ensemble.

Warning: the canvas is shipped unframed; the thin gold or black rods in our settings are not shipped. The golden areas are more sensitive to friction than the rest of the canvas: never wipe them, and handle the canvas by its edges, avoiding any contact with the painted surface.

Frequently asked questions
What does Fusion Nocturne represent?
Fusion Nocturne is an abstract artwork. Its long, vertical gold drips and dark mass at the bottom of the canvas do not imitate a specific subject, but they suggest multiple images: golden rain falling on a forest at night, city lights reflecting in the darkness, or a cascade of molten metal. This openness to interpretation is part of its charm: everyone sees something different in it, and the perception evolves according to the lighting. The work's name refers to this meeting between luminous gold and deep black.
Does the gold really shine?
The gold of Fusion Nocturne has a sheen that reacts to light: depending on the angle from which one views the canvas and the orientation of the lighting, the drips appear more matte or more luminous. This change is particularly noticeable in the evening, under warm lighting from a lamp or spotlight, where the gold takes on an almost metallic depth against the black background. In daylight, under diffuse natural light, the effect is softer and more subtle. To fully enjoy these reflections, avoid light that is too cold or too direct, which would flatten the nuances.
Which model for a small room?
In a small space, the choice depends on the lighting. If the room is bright, the Black model creates a strong focal point and gives it depth, like a window open to the night, especially in a medium size like 60 x 80 or 60 x 90 cm. If the room is dark or narrow, the White model is preferable: it reflects light and visually expands the space, while retaining the elegance of the golden drips. In both cases, the work's vertical movement makes the ceiling appear higher, a valuable asset in an entryway or hallway.
How should I coordinate it with my furniture?
The Black model naturally matches white marble, brass, velvet, and light or medium woods, as seen in our entry and dining room photos. It appreciates deep colors as a counterpoint: midnight blue, fir green, mustard. The White model, which is lighter, blends with colored or dark walls, duck blue, anthracite grey, as well as with natural wood and gold metals. Simply avoid placing the artwork next to another element that is heavily loaded with gold: one or two discreet accents are enough to create harmony without excess.
Which frame should I choose?
No framing is provided, so it is up to you to choose. For the Black version, a thin gold frame is the most elegant choice: it extends the gold drips and gives a precious look, as seen in several of our photos. A matte black frame, which is more discreet, will conversely make the edge of the canvas disappear against a dark wall. For the White version, a gold or light wood frame is perfectly suitable. In all cases, the framer will start by stretching the canvas onto a wooden frame; a shadow box frame leaves a thin gap between the artwork and its border.
What is the largest size available?
The largest standard format is 140 x 220 cm, ideal for a hall, a living room wall with a high ceiling, or a professional space. Other large, elongated formats are available, such as 100 x 200, 120 x 180, and 130 x 200 cm. These dimensions highlight the length of the golden drips and give the work a monumental presence. If your project requires a different size—wider, taller, or adapted to a niche—let's talk: specify the Black or White version and the measurements of your space before purchasing.
How long should I expect to wait before hanging it at home?
Since nothing is pre-painted, Fusion Nocturne is worth the wait a little longer than an item taken from a warehouse. This timeframe includes the creation of the work by the artist, the drying time required for the oil paint, and finally the careful packaging and shipping; a very large format like 140 x 220 cm naturally requires more work. For a gift with a fixed date, such as an anniversary or inauguration, let us know in advance: we will provide you with a realistic estimate based on the model and format chosen.
