What if the key turns with difficulty?
Do not force it. Remove the key and check that it is fully inserted and in the correct orientation. Then turn gently, without sudden movements. If the lock still resists, it may be slightly dirty: a puff of air or a dry brush in the keyhole is often enough. Avoid oils and lubricants near the humidor, as their odors could be absorbed by the interior wood and, eventually, by your cigars. In case of persistent jamming, contact us.
