Why a torch lighter for cigars? Unlike an ordinary soft-flame lighter, the torch produces a high-temperature jet flame that does not alter the tobacco's aromas. The Ignition Pro's double torch covers a wider lighting surface — ideal for evenly toasting the foot of the cigar, even in windy conditions.

Lighter delivered empty: the Ignition Pro lighter is delivered without gas for transport reasons. It is easily refilled with any butane gas cartridge available in tobacco shops or supermarkets. Wait 2 minutes after filling before using it for the first time.

Maximum cigar cutter diameter: the Ignition Pro pack guillotine accepts cigars up to 21 mm in diameter, which covers the vast majority of common formats — Robusto, Corona, Toro, Churchill. For very large Gordo ring gauges exceeding 21 mm, a cutter with a wider opening will be more suitable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the Ignition Pro lighter delivered empty?
The lighter is delivered without gas due to transport regulations — products containing pressurized gas are subject to shipping restrictions. It is easily refilled with any butane gas cartridge available at tobacco shops, supermarkets, or major retailers. Wait 2 minutes after filling before the first use to allow the gas to stabilize.
What is the difference between a double torch lighter and an ordinary lighter for lighting a cigar?
An ordinary soft-flame lighter can transfer combustion odors to the tobacco and is sensitive to wind. The double torch produces a high-temperature flame that does not alter the tobacco's aromas, covers a wider lighting surface for even toasting, and remains operational even in windy conditions. It is the gold standard accessory for professional lighting.
Is the Ignition Pro cigar cutter compatible with large ring gauges?
The cutter accepts cigars up to 21 mm in diameter, which covers the vast majority of common formats: Robusto, Corona, Toro, Churchill. For very large Gordo ring gauges exceeding 21 mm, a cutter with a wider opening from our range will be more suitable.
What is the integrated punch in the Ignition Pro cutter used for?
The integrated punch allows you to pierce the cap of the cigar to create a perforation channel — an alternative to the guillotine cut. Punching leaves the wrapper intact around the entire circumference and concentrates the smoke flow into a narrow channel, intensifying the flavors. Two techniques in one accessory: guillotine for classic cuts, punch for perforation.
Is the Ignition Pro a good cigar gift for a beginner?
Yes — it is precisely the ideal set for someone just starting out. It combines the two essential accessories — lighter and cigar cutter — in one single box, without needing to choose or purchase items separately. Compact, all-metal, ready to use as soon as it is filled with gas. A complete starting point for discovering the cigar ritual.
